The Slap marking equipment manufactured by Edward Holt at Cattle & Land Ltd is to be  rebranded under the    Id & Trace banner.  Edward Holt will still lead development enabling them to concentrate all efforts towards the development and manufacture of  identification equipment and food grade marking ink being requested by some processors.

Following the launch earlier this year of the 2009 Professional range of slap marking and carcass identification equipment, in response to requests from producers outside the supermarket trade,  time is now being spent on the development of equipment to enable these smaller processors to prove “provenance and due diligence”.
